Maksym Shkil was born on August 19, 1983 in Lviv. The entrepreneur has three higher educations, the degree of Candidate of Legal Sciences.

He founded all companies from scratch. Today, they have powerful material and technical bases, professional teams and are among the leaders in their fields. The companies provide more than 6,000 jobs throughout the country, pay more than UAH 1 billion in taxes annually and undergo financial audits according to international standards.

Assets

Maksym Shkil started his business in 2006 with the launch of Bekhy granite quarry together with foreign investors. Foreign partners have invested more than 20 million euros in its main funds.

An investment program was implemented, as a result of which the park of specialized quarry equipment and the material and technical base were updated. Today, BGQ is one of the leaders in the production of high-quality crushed stone products. The quarry produces more than 2 million tons of finished product per year and ships more than 100 wagons per day.

In 2011, the entrepreneur founded First Logistics Company, which specializes in the transportation of grain by rail. The company owns its own fleet of wagons with more than 1,000 units, including innovative hopper wagons and semi-wagons. Today FLC occupies a leading position in the grain transportation market in Ukraine and has representative offices in all regions. The largest traders of Ukraine are among the partners of First Logistics Company.

In 2015, Maksym Shkil acquired the corporate rights of Audi Centre Odesa South. A year later, the largest Audi dealer centre in Ukraine was built and put into operation, which also became the first dealer centre in Audi Sport concept. The centre occupies 25% of the market among Audi dealers in Ukraine.

In 2016, the entrepreneur founded Autostrada Group of Companies, which is a leader in infrastructure construction in Ukraine. Autostrada specializes in bridge construction, road construction, industrial construction, and has its own design institute.

The company has a fleet of equipment from the world's leading manufacturers consisting of 3,000 units, and the team employs more than 5,000 thousand employees. Autostrada has powerful own production chains that ensure a closed production cycle. From the first days of its establishment, the Group of Companies implemented international quality control of each production process - from the incoming control of raw materials to the accompanying infrastructure of construction objects.

In 2019, Maksym Shkil created the holding company MS Capital for effective management of the group of companies.

In 2020, the Holding establishes Pryluky Agricultural Company and invests funds in the purchase of an elevator and corporate rights of the company Kurs-Agro, which is engaged in the cultivation of agricultural crops in Poltava and Chernihiv regions. Thanks to the highly productive organization of processes and modern technology, the enterprises have one of the highest productivity indicators in the region.

Assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the entrepreneur has been systematically helping the Armed Forces of Ukraine. As of June 2023, more than UAH 1 billion has been allocated to aid the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In particular, the needs of: the logistics forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Centre Air Command, the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the 38th Separate Marine Corps Brigade, the 59th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade, Azov NGU Brigade, Khartiia NGU Brigade, and Azov Patronage Service and other military units are provided on an ongoing basis.

Social activities

Maksym Shkil heads Infrastructure Committee of the Federation of Employers of Ukraine and takes an active part in the work of business associations.

Charity

Maksym Shkil has been engaged in charity for more than 10 years, helping children who are deprived of parental care and find themselves in difficult life situations. In addition, the businessman supports sports initiatives in freestyle wrestling and strongman.

Hobby

Among the entrepreneur's sports hobbies are boxing and crossfit training, as well as billiard.
