For a long time, he worked as the General Director of the bridge-construction enterprise MOSTROSTROI, which implemented the largest objects throughout the country. Managed projects of varying complexity both in Ukraine and abroad. He took part in the implementation of such large construction projects as Darnytskyi railway-automobile bridge in Kyiv, Podilsko-Voskresenskyi bridge crossing in Kyiv, the automobile bridge over the Dnipro in Zaporizhzhia, the bridge over the Dnipro in Kamianske town.

He has high expertise and experience in the implementation of the most complex project solutions, in particular, Dnister HPP, "Ternivska" iron ore mine (Kryvyi Rih), Bortnychi aeration station (Kyiv). He managed the project for the construction of the hydroelectric power station "Zoti-HPP" (Georgia). He has 12 years of experience in the construction of the Kyiv metro, in particular the stations: "Demiivska", "Holosiivska", "Vasylkivska", "Exhibition Center", "Ipodrom", "Teremky".

From 1979 to 2010, he worked at OJSC "Pivdenzahidshlyahbud" - the largest construction company that built the country's key road facilities, in particular the "Kyiv-Odesa" highway. He has extensive experience in managing a team of thousands and working in managerial positions in the field of road construction. Under his leadership, key road facilities of the Autostrada group of companies were built. Now he heads the production company, which unites more than 50 own factories, which provide the full production cycle of the group.

For 20 years, he worked in the road sector, related to the diagnosis of the state of highways and the development of road development projects. The author of more than 100 separate sections of construction projects. He has 24 scientific publications in specialized publications, developed 7 regulatory documents. He heads the Avtostrada design institute, whose team consists of over 100 narrow-profile designers, who are formed into 12 divisions according to the directions of object design, including 15 GIPs with SS3 qualifications. The design team has extensive experience in the design of the most complex international highways and interchanges, extra-curricular bridges, industrial facilities, as well as design groups that have been specializing in the design and support of the construction of subways and tunnels for more than 20 years, in Ukraine and abroad.
