The H-03 highway is an important transport artery connecting Zhytomyr, Khmelnytsky and Chernivtsi regions. In the Khmelnytsky region this year, Avtostrada has seven sections of this route with a total length of about 30 km. New pavements have already been installed on some of them, and active work on laying asphalt concrete is underway on the rest.

Thus, in the area from the village of Sakhnivtsi to Starokostiantyniv, the installation of a layer of coarse-grained asphalt concrete is almost completed, after which a layer of fine-grained asphalt concrete will be laid. At the same time the arrangement of curbs and sidewalks continues.

The foundation in this area was strengthened by cold recycling - a modern technology that allows to reuse worn pavement. This reduces the cost of work and minimizes the impact on the environment.

In Starokostiantyniv itself, a new foundation has also been laid and work is underway to lay a layer of fine-grained porous asphalt concrete.

About 60 Avtostrada's employees and about 40 units of equipment are involved in the works on the site.

The total length of the H-03 highway is 336 km. In the Khmelnytsky region, it leads to two popular tourist locations - Starokostiantyniv Castle and Kamyanets-Podilsky Fortress.
