Avtostrada has repaired the last section of the road H-08 Borispol - Dnieper - Zaporizhzhia - Mariupol within the Cherkasy region.

The new road surface is arranged from the border with the Kyiv region to the turn to Kanev. This road was in an emergency condition, so Avtostrada reconstructed it, and now this is the road surface of European standard with a total thickness of more than 50 cm.

The company performed the following set of works on the site:

• arrangement of exits from the road;
• roadside strengthening;
• arrangement of drainage of the carriageway and culverts;
• arrangement of a platform for cars on the border of areas;
• installation of metal protection.

Now work is underway to apply wear-resistant markings and install new road signs. We are preparing the section of the road for commissioning, like everyone else.

At the peak of work on the site, more than 50 units of modern equipment and 100 employees worked on-site. Our asphalt concrete plant near Zolotonosha covered the production needs.

Last year, for the first time since independence, our specialists repaired about 40 km of the H-08 highway. They restored the bypass of Zolotonosha, installed modern lighting for the first time. Avtostrada also widened the road surface, arranged additional lanes, overhauled the Supiy River bridge, and reconstructed the overpass over the railways.
