On October 28, ten students of Zhytomyr Automobile and Road Vocational College of NTU, who successfully completed an internship at Avtostrada, received certificates for scholarships.

Presenting the certificates, the company’s chief engineer Yaroslav Pecherytsia noted that the students showed a keen interest and actively immersed themselves in the production processes at the facilities. He invited them to join the 5.5 thousand team of the group of companies after graduation.

The practice took place in different parts of Ukraine, as Avtostrada works in 11 regions of the country. Students had the opportunity to get acquainted in detail with modern road construction technologies, gain skills in managing specialized equipment, learn how the company's production laboratories that control all stages of production. But in general, learn many nuances of road professions from experienced professionals.

Avtostrada systematically cooperates with Zhytomyr College. As part of the cooperation, our specialists conduct practical classes to share their experience and knowledge, the company updates the material and technical base of the school, organizes tours of production facilities and promotes the use of modern visual materials in the educational process.

Our goal is to promote the profession of road worker and help train a new generation of professionals to eliminate the "staff shortage" that exists in the industry. And the development of education is a crucial element of this process.
