On the road T-02-07 Dzhulynka - Gaivoron - Blagoveshchenske - / M-05 /, which is a key connection between Vinnytsia and Kirovohrad regions and leads to the international highway Kyiv - Odessa, new road clothes have already been installed for 30 kilometers out of 40.

Avtostrada used iron ore beneficiation waste materials instead of traditional crushed stone-sand mixtures on this road section, in particular to bring to the normative parameters the road surface (spread), strengthening the base of the pavement with separate sections.

Thanks to the use of this material, we not only contribute to solving the environmental problems of the country, but also reduce the cost of material resources of construction. At the same time we keep the high quality of new roads.

New coating in excellent condition. The research results showed the feasibility of using experimental technology in road construction. The relevant confirmation was received from the State Research Institute and agreed with Ukravtodor.

So in two months 150 specialists and 50 units of modern equipment:

• cleared the bushes and dismantled the old fence;
• milled a layer of asphalt pavement;
• prepared the ground (used metallurgical waste);
• arranged the lower layer of dense fine-grained asphalt concrete mixture and the upper layer of gravel-mastic asphalt concrete.

We plan on this site:

• backfilling and roadside planning;
• to strengthen the slopes of the ground by sowing perennial grasses;
• install 8 new stops for transport;
• arrange fencing;
• mark and install new road signs.

According to the plan, the construction of the entire site will be completed in the spring of 2022.

The expected traffic intensity after the repairs is about three thousand cars per day.

During the road construction season of 2021, Avtostrada has built almost 90 km of new roads in the Kirovohrad region.
