Avtostrada is leaving the National Association of Road Builders of Ukraine (NADU), and its founder Maksym Shkil is leaving the post of vice-president of the organization.

The road industry is developing rapidly, and the problems that have been accumulating for a long time and strongly slow down the processes are not solved. Unfortunately, the National Association of Road Builders of Ukraine has not become a driver of changes in this direction.

"The National Association of Road Builders of Ukraine, in the establishment of which we were directly involved, was created to defend and represent the interests of Ukrainian road construction companies. However, it did not become an effective support platform for them. That is why we have decided to terminate cooperation with NADU and withdraw from the management of the organization," - commented Maksym Shkil. He noted that he plans to focus on the chairmanship of the Infrastructure Development Committee of the Federation of Employers of Ukraine, which is represented in the Government, has broader responsibilities and includes the country's largest companies, road companies as well.
